Fraternal Dialogue: "Anouanzê" to bring together Francophones and Francophiles Scouts in Cote d'Ivoire

The Association des Scouts Catholiques de Côte d'Ivoire in partnership with the Scouts et Guides de France and the World Organization of the Scout Movement, in particular the Africa Support Centre, is organizing an event called Fraternal Dialogue: "Anouanzê".

The event is scheduled to be held from 01 to 08 July 2018 in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire and will bring together all Francophones and Francophiles. Thus are expected in Côte d'Ivoire, more than 35 Associations from 31 countries according to the following distribution:
" 18 NSOs in the Africa region: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Mauritius, Madagascar, Niger, DRC, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Chad, Togo.
" 04 NSOs from the Arab region: Algeria, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia
" 06 NSOs from the Europe region: Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland
" 03 NSOs from the Inter-America region: Haiti, Canada, United States.
But the event is open to all who wish to take part.

The ANOUANZE event is divided into several activities according to the following: the STIF, the training on the dialogue for peace and the interreligious meeting.

STIF is the International Training of Trainers course which allows Scout leaders to master the skills of a training organizer. Are invited to this training, the Commissioners and professionals responsible for the development and implementation of training strategies. Each ASN / NSO will propose two people for this training. The maximum capacity of the training is therefore set at 90 people supervised by 15 trainers.

The interreligious meeting is supported by the Interreligious Forum of Scouting. The aim is to give chaplains and spiritual leaders the opportunity to discover the goals, mission, vision of Scouting, the Scout Method and better understand their role. The second objective is to favour the meeting between the different religions. This will promote the spiritual and religious dimension of the associations (in accordance with the resolution voted at the last world conference) and interreligious dialogue. This course is planned for 50 people who will be supervised by 10 trainers.

Dialogue for Peace is an activity that promotes intercultural and interreligious dialogue. In partnership with KAICIID, it aims to train young leaders willing to support the work of NSOs on dialogue for peace and to improve the peace dialogue manual with reference documents and specific activities. This course is designed for 20 people, supervised by 03 experts. The people targeted are the Youth Program Commissioner or the National Team, young people in charge of spirituality.

Participation fees cost 150 Euros for A and B countries and 400 Euros for C and D countries.
