The Africa Scout Committee meets in Zimbabwe

In a bid to keep on developing Scouting in the Region, the Africa Scout Committee is holding their last meeting before the next Africa Scout Conference this September in Harare, Zimbabwe.

The meeting will also focus on preparations for the next Africa Scout Conference including approval of documents to be sent to the NSOs.

This is another opportunity the ASC is appraising the work achieved so far as they also finalize work on the next triennial plan to be presented to the Conference for ratification.

On their first day of meeting that coincides with the International Women's Day, the Chair of the Africa Scout Committee conveyed greetings to all the Women in Scouting and beyond. "Happy Women's Day to all the girls and women!"
