We are deeply saddened by the passing of Honorable Sutham Phanthusak, former International Commissioner of the National Scout Organization of Thailand (NSOT).

Mr Sutham Phanthusak passed away Wednesday morning of 18th May 2016. He was 69 years old.

Sutham received the prestigious Bronze Wolf Award in recognition of his outstanding service to the World Scout Movement. In 2004 he was a recipient of the Asia-Pacific Regional Award for Distinguished Service and APR Chairman’s Award in 1999. He served Scouting in the Asia-Pacific Region in various capacities including as Vice-Chairman of the Regional Scout Committee from 1995-1998.

He will be cherished as a Scout leader, friend, and a great inspiration for those who have known him.
