Young leader, Rover win in Hong Kong’s Youth Award Scheme Kayaking 2017

Big win for Scout Association of Hong Kong (SAHK) for being the 1st runner-up in Hong Kong’s Youth Award Scheme Kayaking on 18 June 2017. Young leader Chung Tsz-kin and Rover Tsang Sze Wai represented HKSA in this competition participated by 222 young people who competed for 5, 10 and 21 kilometers of canoeing.
