Burkina Faso: A Scout from Côte d’Ivoire attends the summer School of the Francophonie

Mr. Aly Badra L. COULIBALY, the Assistant National Commissioner in charge of Administration and Communication (FIS/EEDCI - Côte d’Ivoire) is taking part in a summer School organized by the International organization of the Francophonie (OIF). The event started on August 8 and will end on August 14, 2009 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

In his capacity as a delegate, Mr. Aly Badra, represents Scouts of his country (Côte d’Ivoire) in this activity that brought together 70 young civil society leaders of the from all the regions of the Francophonie.
