The World Scout Conference is the principal governing assembly of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), bringing together leaders and representatives from National Scout Organizations around the world to make decisions that shape the Movement’s policies, strategic direction, and future global programmes. It is held every three years and provides space for dialogue, collaboration, and governance across the global Scout community.

When & where is it?

Dates: Monday, 29 November – Friday, 3 December 2027
Location: Olympia London, United Kingdom

The Conference will take place at the newly redeveloped International Convention Centre (ICC) within Olympia London — a venue of historical significance for World Scouting, as it hosted the very first World Scout Conference and Jamboree over a century ago.

Who’s it for?

The World Scout Conference is attended by delegates and observers from WOSM’s Member Organizations, with up to six delegates per National Scout Organization. Leaders, representatives, and invited partners from across the Movement gather to participate in strategic discussions, decision-making sessions, and governance processes.
