Adequate techniques of information dissemination should be employed subsequently to spread information about such huge invents so as to create more awareness & enable other Scouts who might not be opportune to have access to internet to also get invites to such meetings. I think the Scout Association of Nigerian proper coordination and all Scouts must be carried along.
