The 25th European Scout Conference voted today to award Federazione Italiana Dello Scautismo (FIS) the right to host the 26th European Scout Conference in 2028.

The European Regions of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) are proud to announce that Switzerland has been selected to host Roverway 2028.

Diana Slabu, Romania has been selected as the Chairperson of the European Scout Committee for the 2025-2028 Triennium alongside José Pamplona, Portugal who will serve as the Committee’s Vice-Chairperson.

The Award is one of several prestigious National honours granted to individuals and groups who have played significant roles in Angola’s journey towards independence and continue to support efforts for a peaceful nation.
