Six months before the 8th APR Scout Youth Forum in Korea, the Scout Association of Macau organized its 3rd Macau Scout Youth Forum on 1-2 May 2015 at the Scout Headquarters, in Taipa.

Thirteen Venture Scouts joined the group discussions and came up with recommendations.

Organizing committee of this Youth Forum have been participants of the previous World Scout Youth Forum (WSYF) or APR Scout Youth Forum (APRSYF): Chairperson Jennie Lin (APR SYF 2012), supported by vice-chairmen Alvin Tou (APR SYF 2012) and Carol Wong (WSYF 2014). Former chairmen Lawrence Kuan (WSYF 2005), Brendan Lee (WSYF 2008) also helped in the forum.

International Commissioner Francisca Vong served as the Forum adviser.
