SCOUTS OF PARAGUAY MARK DAY OF FORESTS AND WORLD WATER DAY BY ORGANISING DRAWING CONTEST FOR SCOUTS IN QUARANTINE

One of the best solutions for young people to use their time, is to use their imagination and then translate it into true works of art. Around Paraguay, the mandatory quarantine caused by COVID-19 has caused many Scouts to find themselves, out of nowhere, at home and Scouting activities have had to be suspended.
Commemorating the International Day of Forests and World Water Day, a free technique drawing contest was organized in Scouts of Paraguay to raise awareness of the importance of caring for our natural resources. 37 illustrations of cubs, scouts and walkers from all over the country were received, capturing with great creativity the services that these resources offer us and their importance in the functioning of life on earth. Being a contest we share the winners:
Category: Cubs
Luca Enciso
Category: Scout
Maggie lopez
Category: Ventureers
Dilam Rios
This activity is just the beginning of several other activities to do at home that will be taking place with the Scouts in quarantine.
We share some illustrations.
