1st Youth Scout Forum and 4th Eurasia Regional Scout Conference took place September 7-8 & 9-11 in Batumi, Georgia.

Delegates of all 9 Eurasia NSOs (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Ukraine) took part in the Regional Conference. Also there were 20 guests from all over the world.

During the Conference’s plenary sessions were discussed a lot of very important questions for our Region. Such as:
- Elections to the Eurasia Regional Scout Committee;
- Election of the Eurasia Regional Chairman and Vice-chairman. Igor Ivanov were elected as Chairman and Tamara Shukakidze as Vice-chairman;
- amendments in the Regional Constitution;
- the Eurasia Regional Strategic and Action Plan for 2010-2013;
- dates and places of forthcoming Forum/Conference and Jamboree(5th Eurasia Regional Scout Conference in 2013 will take place in Ukraine and 3rd Eurasia Regional Scout Jamboree in 2014 will take place in Kazakhstan).

All participants had opportunity to listen, see and discuss:
- Report of the Chairman of the Eurasia Regional Scout Committee;
- report of the Director of the Eurasia Regional Office;
- introduction of Eurasia NSOs;
- speech of Mario Diaz, vice-Chairman of WOSM World Scout Committee, about an activity and further challenges of the WOSM WSC;
- speech of Luc Panissod, Secretary General, about the process of implementation of the World Strategy of Scouting, an update on the WOSM Global Plan (drafts for changes, strategic priorities and challenges), structure, role and functions of WSB CO and Regional Offices;
- speech of John Neysmith, member of WOSM World Scout Committee, about registration fees of WOSM’s members.
- speech of Saad Zian, WSB Adult Resources & Volunteer Development Director, about preliminary results of the Eurasia NSOs chek-lists;
- presentation of the 39th World Scout Conference in Brazil, 2011 by Oscar Palmquist, member of WOSM WSC and Vice-president of Organizing Committee;
- presentation of the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden, 2011 by Thomas Bruno, representative of Planning Team;
- presentation of 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Japan, 2015 by representatives of Management Team;
- speech of Scott Teare, International Director of Boy Scouts of America;
- speech of Hussain Sahal, Deputy Secretary General of International Union of Muslim Scouts;
- report from the Chairman of the 1st Eurasia Regional Scout Youth Forum;
- presentation of Slovenia and Italia as host countries for forthcoming World Scout Conference in 2014;
- speech of Mario Sica, member of World Committee of International Scout and Guide Fellowship;
- speech of Mikko Pori, member of International Relative Committee of the Guides and Scouts of Finland;

Host organization NSO Georgia, Eurasia Regional Committee and Eurasia Regional Office want to thank to all participants who attended our 4th Eurasia Regional Scout Conference
