On 22 July 2025, National Scout Organizations gathered at the 25th European Scout Conference officially elected the six members to serve on the European Scout Committee for the 2025–2028 Triennium. The election followed a series of dedicated engagements with the candidates before and during the Conference, during which 11 candidates presented themselves to represent the 47 National Scout Organizations across the European Scout Region.

The European Scout Committee functions as the governance body of the European Scout Region, one of the five regions within the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). The Committee is tasked with implementing WOSM’s global and regional policies in Europe, as well as advancing the development of Scouting throughout the Region by fostering cooperation and mutual support among National Scout Organizations.

From the 11 nominees put forward by National Scout Organizations, the following six individuals were elected as members of the European Scout Committee (listed alphabetically by first name):

  • Allan Simpson, United Kingdom
  • Diana Slabu, Romania
  • Joschka Hench, Germany
  • José Pamplona, Portugal
  • Marta Concepción Mederos, Spain
  • Vojtech Fiser Olbrecht, Czechia

Their term of office will commence at the close of the 25th European Scout Conference and will conclude at the end of the 26th European Scout Conference in 2028.
