Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) will soon move its national office to its new 16-storey building within the present premises. BSP Secretary General JR Pangilinan says that the entire structural work has been completed ahead of schedule.

Mayor of Manila City Alfredo Lim graced the topping off ceremony on 15th July 2010 with the President of Suntrust Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of the Megaworld company, which is the developer. Mayor Lim congratulated BSP and the Suntrust Properties, Inc. for this development partnership where six towers will be built in the current BSP premises. The Mayor said that he is happy to see the Manila skyline changing with high rise buildings and making Manila City a fast developing city. At the ceremony, Philippine Vice President and BSP National President Jejomar Binay was represented by BSP Vice President Wendel Avisado. Other attendees at the ceremony were the Regional Director of WOSM and BSP Executive Committee members.

The current BSP building has been on the same site for over five decades and no longer serves the expanding needs of the organization. The new building has its own carpark and up-to-date facilities. This is one of the projects of BSP's new enterprise development committee who looked for ways and means to utilize BSP properties within the capital region and elsewhere in the country. An extensive amount work was invested over the past years for proper planning and development.

Another BSP property is located in a prime area in Makati City. The ground breaking ceremony was held recently where three towers will rise and be ready for occupancy by 2012.
