Bharat Scouts & Guides review plan

The Bharat Scouts and Guides, India is one of the National Scout Organizations that had started long range planning since 2002 having its first Strategic Planning Workshop that came up with its first long range plan for the period of 10 years, 2002-2013. Since then, The Bharat Scouts and Guides reviewed the plan implementation regularly.

This is the third Strategic Planning Workshop in the series review. In this five-day workshop, participants from over 17 States and National Headquarters are sharing their achievements and challenges in the triennium. They are also planning the direction of the next triennium.

Taking the opportunity, Regional Director Abdullah Rasheed presented two laptops to the Bharat Scouts and Guides. These laptops are provided by the Chairman APR Profile Sub-committee Mr. Shinya Mizuta.

The National Commissioner Bharat Scouts and Guides Mr. Lalit Mohan Jain opened the workshop. Others present on this occasion were WOSM APR Regional Director Abdullah Rasheed, WAGGGS APR Vice Chairperson Ms. Normala Binti Baharuddin, Chief Commissioner Shyamal Kumar Biswas, APR Director Admin and Finance S. Prassanna and WAGGGS Resource Pool APR Ms. Nirmala Bhakre.
