As you know, World Thinking Day and Founder’s Day are about international friendship and solidarity, and an opportunity for our young people to reflect upon the services that they can provide to the communities in which they live. We absolutely think that those connections within your local group, across your country and indeed across the world, are ever more important in today’s world of tensions and crisis. We absolutely believe that the power of our youth movements are ever more needed in today’s world. And Lord Baden-Powell once said that if we can eliminate the two letters “IM” in the word “IMPOSSIBLE”, then everything in our lives will become possible.
