Scouts and Guides say "Never Again!" at Mauthausen Concentration Camp

Together with hundreds of other young people from around the world, Scouts and Guides from Austria (Pfadfinder und Pfadfinderinnen Österreichs, Poland ((Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego, ZHP), the United States (BSA Troop 427, of Vienna, Autria, Transatlantic Council of the Boy Scouts of America) and other countries were among more than 20'000 people attending a special ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Mauthausen Concentration Camp (near Linz, Austria).

"Never again!" was their clear message, applauded by H.E. Bundespräsident Dr. Heinz Fischer, President of the Republic of Austria, and many other high ranking guests from around the world.
