World Scout Education Congress
The World Scout Education Congress aims to shape the future of education in Scouting. The Congress, which happens every few years, gathers National Scout Organization leadership, educators, and partners to inspire the development of educational programmes and initiatives that meet the needs of future generations.
5th World Scout Education Congress
The 5th World Scout Education Congress will take place in Singapore from 1 to 4 December 2026, hosted by The Singapore Scouts Association. The Congress will bring together educators, youth programme commissioners, and researchers to share best practices around education in Scouting, with a special focus on youth leadership, volunteering, and safeguarding, as key strategic priorities highlighted in our Strategy for Scouting.
Roadmap for Education in Scouting
Developed as a key outcome of the 4th World Scout Education Congress, the Roadmap for Education in Scouting outlines ten ways to make Scouting's educational offering more transformative, inclusive and innovative for millions of young people and volunteers worldwide. It provides practical ideas and direction to help National Scout Organizations strengthen their programmes and deliver more relevant, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences for all members.
