Certified training for professional in leadership and coaching

In close cooperation with ARTDO International, and the Institute of Training and Development (ITD), the Arab Scout Region organized the 4th Certified training for professional (CTP) in leadership and coaching (Cairo International Scout Centre- CISC), with participation of 36 scout leaders representing 10 Arab NSOs as follows: Jordan (1), UAE (2), Sudan (3), Oman (4), Kuwait (3), Lebanon (5), Libya (2), Egypt (4), Morocco (6), Yemen (3) and Arab Regional Office (3).
The named event aimed at assisting the Arab NSOs in recruiting an elite group of certified trainers through developing their capacities to be able to carry out and fulfil their role efficiently on all levels.
The event which program started on Fri. 2nd of May to Sat. 10th of May 2014 would cover number of key relevant topics including the followings: the trainer in the organization (organizational Awareness, performance Awareness and training Process Awareness), training needs assessment (Job Analysis, data gathering and analysis, questioning and Listening, problem Identification), training design (writing training objectives, job analysis, training methods, training resources, planning and scheduling), training implementation (training logistics, learning style awareness, group management, presentation, demonstration, facilitation) and training evaluation (evaluation level awareness, use of evaluation instruments, summarizing and reporting)
The participant would be granted a certification as a Certified Training Professional (CTP) awarded by ARTDO International- ITD upon delivering and assessing his project within 90 days period.
