On last 24 of July, the ISC's Chairman, Mr. Michael Bradshaw, attended the closure ceremony of the Sub-regional Meeting of Educational Methods held in Arima (Trinidad & Tobago). By this way, he had the chance to interchange opinions with the participants about the work done at that weekend.

During his speech, he congratulated all for the hard work and good results from the sessions. He also referred to the work done by the ISC and the WSB-IR and underlined that the Caribbean will have more presence from the Office and from the ISC itself in the future, to support and improve Scouting in all the NSOs.
Finally he encouraged all the countries to attend the upcoming Inter-American Scout Conference, to be held in Argentina on 2013. "It is the most important event of our Region, but unfortunately the Caribbean has had historically a low attendance, because of the costs. We have to do our best efforts: everybody has to be part of decision-making in our Region", concluded Bradshaw.
