The World Scout Conference is ready for launch

The World Scout Conference preparations have reached reaching their final stages, participants are confirmed and the União dos Escoteiros do Brasil (UEB, Union of Brazilian Scouts hosts of the 39th World Scout Conference and the World Scouting staff and volunteers eagerly await the opening of the Conference.

Today at 11:30 the very first official session, will commence and with it the 39th World Scout Conference. Under the theme of “leaders of innovation”, the Conference organizers are also striving to bring innovation on the delivery of the event. For the first time the World Scout Conference will be streaming plenary sessions live from the venue, for those who can not be there in person, thanks to Conference partners: Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Paraná, Prefeitura de Blumenau.
