Organizations are expected to support their proposal with a presentation at the 27th APR Scout Conference. Presentations are limited to 10-15 minutes and audio-visual requirement must be coordinated in advance.
A Conference Guide and Organization document that contains detailed information and requirements in hosting a Conference is available on request.
