Project wear and walk the world .

Me and my scout friends discussed how to spent our leftover winter vacation. So, an idea popped up in our mind to give a service to our community. Under the coordination of our senior scout we thought of collecting of second handed shoes and clothes for the disadvantaged ones or for the needy ones in remote part of our country. Firstly, we went to a residential area(changjiji) for the collection we got  pretty good numbers of shoes and clothes for adults and smaller ones too, and most of them are in good conditions. Some of them has to be washed and stiched. Without any feeling of hesitation we did it and packed them into the sags. Again we went to the main town for the collection of Old stocks as they had ordered us to come and from the town also we got a pretty good number of brand new school shoes and dress too. Then all of the items were loaded too the destination as discussed(Tsirang dzongkhag) and there went to three gewogs school (Umling, Taraythang and Singye).
While dealing or while we scouts were interacting with the students most of them are the ones who were the victims of staying in  disadvantaged situation and it isreally sad for  them but there really adopted a mindset to overcome this problems therefore they are doing there best. So lastly from this project what me and my team learned is that real happiness is created when you started giving, by not blaming others for not getting. So as a message out there for my friends please learn giving.#Scouting_for_SDG. #SCOUTING_FOR _HAPPINESS
