Provide water buffaloes (carabao) and basic agricultural needs for three Scout families is part of the MoP Project, "Re-Building the lives of Scout families, affected by Typhoon Haiyan."
Purchase of water buffaloes (carabao) and basic agricultural needs, namely, tools seed and fertilizer, for three selected Scout families. Three water buffaloes (carabao) was purchased and ownership was turned-over to the was to the families of three selected Scouts, as follows:

2] Aris Encio
3] Jeffrey Mitanda
The beneficiaries of the three (3) carabaos have started to use the carabaos to till their land and started planting vegetables and others. The families expressed their appreciation as the carabaos, the pigs and the goats are useful in various tasks in their lives as a farmer. Basic agricultural needs, namely, seed and fertilizer, for three selected Scout families was also purchased by the project.
To benefit more families, the same budget for this activity also purchased a total of 50 piglets and 45 goats, benefitting another 62 families. Jomel Calumpiano is one the families that benefited from this project. He says:
Time are definitely tough and going got rough, especially with my finances. My family needed help and you never failed us and deprived us of the support we need. It’s not easy to find assistance. Thank you for the opportunity to be a recipient of a female goat. I will take care of it and let it grow to produce more goats and sell it so I will have money to support our financial needs with my family.
