Hon. Mej. General Prof. Dr. Mohd. Zin bin Bidin (National Malaysia Chief Scout Commissioner) Launching he 100 years Celebration for Cubs Scout on 11 October. During the launching , he give some motivation and encourage the scout masters to be active and promote the scout mathode to the scout troop. On that day, he also awarded the scout medal and certificate to the commissioners and scout master.

Hj Ishak Jonid (National Training Commissioner) also awarded the scout master certificate and wood badge to the young leader who have been completed their wood badge course for 5 years.
