Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Template

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Template serves to provide guidance for National Scout Organizations (NSOs) seeking to formalise potential or existing partnerships. In this template you will first find a blank version of the MoU template, followed by a sample template that is already filled in with information. This MoU template is merely an example of how an MoU can be structured. The provisions of each agreement depend on the type of partnership and local laws.

Partnerships Case Studies

This resource draws on diverse National Scout Organization experiences with partnerships to inspire NSO leaders and Scouts to establish and manage local partnerships and seeks to encourage NSOs to form localised collaborative working relationships with new partners, as well as existing WOSM partners. 

The case studies showcased in this resource will demonstrate the different ways of partnering with local and international partners such as non-governmental organisations, government bodies and various other institutions.

GUIDELINES FOR NATIONAL YOUTH NETWORKS- Interamerican Scout Region

The purpose of this document is to present a proposal that contributes to National Scout Organizations, in the implementation of one of the Youth Involvement Models proposed for the Interamerican Scout Region: the Youth Network. This document will allow Scout Organizations to have a reference on how the Youth Network can be implemented in a practical, coherent and integrated way with the policies and processes that the organization has established and that are specific to its culture, history and objectives.
