Greetings Pamela, and congratulations on your appointment.

Like you, I’m a Scouting volunteer. I’ve been a Scout for over 50 years (continuously) currently member of Scout Troop #25 in Puerto Rico (yeah the land of Ricky Martin and J. Lo). Am retired from the U.S Air Force and while stationed in Panama and Spain was, also, a member of their national Scout movements. I earned my Wood Badge in Germany.
You mention the need of financial support to fulfill your mandate. I’d like to share with you an idea that may provide funds. To start, I think of the Scouting world movement as a “Nation”; a Nation of Scouts, boundless, with a short history, but thriving and growing one; with one common Law, a vision of future, and a message of Peace.
Shall you be interested, please contact me to further chat and see the idea is something you’d like to explore. I have no financial interest with it, and should you like it, it will be yours to develop.

Your Brother in Scouting
