Think - Eat -Save Project from Scouts

As we are the scout group called "İZDOS" from İzmir - Turkey,
Our group's scouts from Truva Scout Troop and their leader Türkan Hızlı ( Wood Badge) had a project called "Think Eat Save"
Absolutely, there is left, uneaten rice like the right photo in everybody’s houses. One of the best way to recycle is making it soup. We also cooked with leftover rice. Both rice is not be rubbish by recycling and a delicious soup occurs. Wishing you to try it ...
Ingredients: 1 cup pure rice 2 cups yogurt 1 egg 1 tablespoon flour 4-5 cups water 1 tablespoon butter red pepper, mint and salt Recipe: Stir yogurt, egg yolk, flour and 4 cups water in a stewpot up to be homogeneous. Then put it on a cooker. Boil it by stirring continuously. When it boils, add rice. Boil it during 5-6 minutes. İf the water is little, add hot water. Put some salt. Add also some scout labor, sir and remove from cooker.  melt the butter in another pan. Add red pepper and mint in the amount of that you want. Stir 1-2 times. Then pour on the soup.
Now, you can eat the soup and live the plessure of making good thing for the World. Enjoy your meal from now...
