This zonal conference comes at a time when the region is aligning its plans with the global strategy for World Scouting. It will provide an early opportunity for the NSOs of the zone to engage on the proposals ahead of 16th Africa Regional Conference that will take place in Uganda this August.
We wish them all the best in their deliberations and efforts to develop and promote Scouting as the leading educational movement for young people with a focus on serving their communities to create a better world for all.
