The 1st World Scout Education Congress will bring people together to share, discuss and debate the experiences and expertise in Youth Programme and Adult Resources, from over 200 countries and territories where the Movement exists. The event will also invite inputs, from experts in the theory of education and from representatives of other youth organisations offering educational programmes, to give their perspectives.

This is extremely important. In my beloved country, Indonesia, there are scouting communities that perform as time-killing meaningless one hour un-productive and un-educative activity. Even teens who consider scouting as old-schooled unnecessary program. . a big homework for us.

Scouts is going to host the 9th Bangladesh
National & 1st SAANSO Scout Jamboree
scheduled to be held between December 20-26,
2013 in Tangail, Bangladesh.
The Jamboree is organized with a view to
promote and strengthen peace, solidarity and
cooperation among young people by providing
them the opportunities to get closer and engage
in various activities fostering friendship and
mutual understanding.
The Jamboree Fee for Scouts & Leaders of
SAANSO is US$ 50 per person.
