Bangladesh Scouts recently worked with UNDP in a fun and remarkable Responsive Citizen Workshop with the theme One Step Towards a Responsive Citizen for the Rover Scouts on 6 November 2021.

It was a three hours face-to-face workshop attended by 30 Rover Scouts. Mr Mohammad Atiquz Zaman, Bangladesh National Commissioner was the chair of the workshop with Mr Mahmud Hasan, Program Analyst of UNDP-Bangladesh.

The aim of the workshop is to empower young people in decision-making and build camaraderie and leadership. Both UNDP and Bangladesh Scouts are confident that this workshop promotes conscientious self-expression through public speaking and presentation. It is a short but meaningful event. Young people solving daily problems will definitely create a ripple that would impact making the world better.
