Detailed agenda for the 42nd World Scout Conference

Dear friends,

I am pleased to share with all Member Organizations the detailed provisional agenda for the 42nd World Scout Conference found on An updated overview of this agenda is also available through Conference Document 1 (v3) – Provisional Agenda, noting that the website will always provide the most up-to-date and detailed agenda information.

Each participant can build their own custom Conference agenda based on their needs and time zones to have a meaningful experience. In addition to the detailed agenda on the website, registered participants will also be able to access the detailed agenda on the digital  participation platform closer to the Conference, as well as attend sessions virtually during the event.

With the communication of this detailed provisional agenda, we also wish to confirm the institutional deadlines for all Member Organizations to keep in mind according to the Conference Rules of Procedure.

  • 14:00 GMT 25 August 2021 – deadline to submit Amendments to the Constitutional Amendment and Draft Resolution 2021-B WOSM Registration Fee System (RoP Rule 6.1.d)
  • 23:59 GMT 26 August 2021 – deadline to submit Amendments to Draft Resolutions and the World Triennial Plan
  • 23:59 GMT 26 August 2021 – deadline to submit Draft Emergency Resolutions following the requirements of being urgent and important and having nine seconders from at least three Regions
