Detailed agenda for the 14th World Scout Youth Forum
I am pleased to share with all Member Organizations the detailed provisional agenda for the 14th World Scout Youth Forum found on scoutconference.org/agenda. An updated overview of this agenda is also available through Youth Forum Document 1 (v2) – Provisional Agenda, noting that the website will always provide the most up-to-date and detailed agenda information.
Each participant can build their own custom Youth Forum agenda based on their needs and time zones to have a meaningful experience. In addition to the detailed agenda on the events website, registered participants will also be able to access the detailed agenda on the digital participation platform closer to the Youth Forum, as well as attend sessions virtually during the event.
With the communication of this detailed provisional agenda, we also wish to confirm the provisional institutional deadlines for all Member Organizations to keep in mind according to the Youth Forum Rules of Procedure. These deadlines have been provisionally set by the Youth Forum Planning Team and will be confirmed during the event.
- 21:00 GMT 20 August 2021 – deadline to submit inputs for the Youth Forum Declaration
- 18:00 GMT 21 August 2021 – deadline to submit proposed Amendments to Conference proposals (Constitutional Amendment, Draft Resolutions and the World Triennial Plan)
Full guidance, templates and support available to International Teams for submitting these proposals to the Youth Forum can be found on scoutconference.org/youth-forum. The Drafting Committee reports will be made available to all delegations in advance of the applicable voting sessions. If you have any questions concerning the decision-making processes for the 14th World Scout Youth Forum, please contact the Drafting Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By now we hope that all delegations are prepared to engage in the Youth Forum. Please take time to review all institutional business, make use of the resources and webinars online to get ready and ensure you have a stable Internet connect throughout the event. If you have any questions regarding the Youth Forum, please visit scoutconference.org or contact the Help Desk at email@example.com.
Yours in Scouting,
