III congress of the "National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine"

May 19, 2013 regular III congress of the "National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine" took place in Kyiv.

The agenda had the following questions:

  • NOSU management report on the organization activities in 2011-2012,
  • election of new members of the National Council, the Chairman and the National Secretary,
  • negotiation of the Treaty on partnership between AYNO "NOSU" and YO "Plast— NSOU",
  • the concept of NOSU National Youth Development Program approval,
  • adoption of the resolution of the conference on priority strategic objectives of NOSU in upcoming years.

Due to the productive work of the delegates, all the objectives of the Congress was fulfilled. Specifically, the management team of the NOSU for 2013-2014 was elected and NOSU model partnership agreement was approved.
