Environment Partnership

Environment Partnership refers to the World Organization of the Scout Movement or WOSM’s partnership with environment-related organisations at any level, in which the Scout Movement can contribute through environmental education for the common and shared goals for the improvement of the environment. WOSM has partnerships with many organisations such as Greenpeace, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Alcoa Foundation, Clean Up the World, The Jane Goodall Institute, The Web of Hope, Volvo Adventure, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and National Scout Organizations.

Today, Scouts from all over the world are engaged in various environmental education and action on issues ranging from climate change, green living, and renewable energy to natural disasters. The environment is a global subject and Scouting is a global movement. Through environmental education and action, Scouting can really make a difference.
