CLIMATE ACTION WITH PEACE

Lautoka Scouters' Council organized a Climate Action with Peace project at Drasa Avenue Primary School where 75 Cubs, 126 Scouts, 42 Ventures, 35 Rovers, 65 Leaders and 245 Parents participated.

A universal peace prayer was conducted by the pastor from Lautoka Methodist School. Children spoke on all the SDG's. SDG's were linked to world peace and a sustainable future.

We planted fruit trees in 2 churches, 1 Special School and 2 Primary Schools to address Climate action.

The district Scout leaders worked together and prepared tea and vegetarian lunch for all the participants.
