The Seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Debatosh Mitra, CMO/ICF by lighting the kuthuvilakku. By starting with the presidential address our president Shri. S. Sridhar, CEE/QC & C took the first session on 'Need of Management in Scouting'. And then the next session on 'Behavourial Approach' was taken by Shri. C. Ravichandran, ALT/R. The Third session was on 'Time Management' by Shri. K. S. Sridharan, Dy.CME/Plant. The next scheduled session on 'Stress Management' was by Shri. Koteeswara Rao, a Coordinator from SCARF. Later on 'Decision Making' was took by Shri. N. Udaya Kumar, SME/DSD & DS/ICFBSG. The last session on 'Team Building' was by Shri. T. S. Ganesh, Dy.CMM/SD & DCC/ICFBSG. 60 members including Rovers, Rangers, Scouters & District officials participated in the seminar.
