Differently abled new rover scouts.

kisii vocational and rehabilitation centre upcoming rover scouts finally completed the journey as novices now they star their journey as rover scouts in the spirit of offering service.The scouts have been trained for the last six months.
All the students of the institution are now invested rovers ,this make a history in Kenya for the first institution with 100% scout population .The students despite their differently abled are passionate in offering service.
