Preparatory work for establishing an Ethics Committee as a new Standing Committee has now been completed following the World Scout Committee’s approval in November 2018. This is to announce the establishment of the Ethics Committee and the publication of the WOSM Code of Conduct and the revised WOSM Complaints Policy. Please refer to the circular for more information.
