Better World Model Camp 2018 (Pakistan)

National Youth Council, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association organized “Better World Model Camp” from December 21-25, 2018 at National Headquarters, Islamabad. 
Total 83 Scouts and Leaders participated in this camp from all over the Pakistan.

Opening ceremony was held on December 21, 2018. Mr Zahid Mehboob [Secretary (Add. Charge), Pakistan Boy Scouts Association] was the chief guest of opening ceremony.

Different activities performed during the event were focused on 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including Messenger of Peace (MoP), World Scouts Environment Program (WSEP),Scouts of the World Award (SWA) and Scouts Go Solar (SgS). 

Activities include social work like cleaning of religious places and managing their scout center. During the camp scouts went on Trek cleaning expedition during hike on trail # 5 at Islamabad. MoP Chant amd campfire to promote harmony. Solar Art, Solar Cooking, Solar dial e.t.c was also prepared to earn solar badge.

100 years of rovering were also celebrated. That was an awsome experience, unforgetable and i am lucky that i got chance to attend the camp we promote integrity after all peace starts with me and i am messenger of peace.
