CMIC Valenzuela Rover Scouts serves as First-Aid Bandaging Instructors at SAS Manila

Scouts from Children of Mary Immaculate College (CMIC) from Valenzuela City Council were invited by Saint Anthony School. Singalong, Manila to teach Scouting Skills to their Scouts (Junior Girls, Senior Girls, Boy Scouts and Senior Scouts Sections) during their school's Investiture and Overnight Camp.

The skill taught were about First-Aid specifically Bandaging. The following were the Program of Teaching
1. Short lecture on the Objectives of First-Aid
2. Character of a Good First Aider.
3. Types of Wounds.
a. Closed Wounds and First Aid Management
b. Open Wounds and First Aid Management
4. Cravat / Phases and Hands-On folding of triangular bandage
a. Open Phase / Cravat
b. Broad or Semi-Broad Phase / Cravat
c. Narrow Phase / Cravat
5. Knot Tying in Bandaging
a. Simple (Overhand) Knot
b.Square (Reef) Knot
6. Demonstration of Bandaging and Hands-On
a. Open Phase / Cravat
b. Broad or Semi-Broad Phase / Cravat
c. Narrow Phase / Cravat
