The Goose Network is an informal network of European Scout and Guide Centres with the goal of improving the quality of environmental, nature, and cultural activities by sharing
ideas, activities and information.
Every year a different partner centre hosts the Goose Network Camp Staff Seminar. This April it was at the International Scout Centre Rustavi in Georgia.
It was a great opportunity to share best practices and explore the unique challenges faced by our different centres. We got to experience the local culture as well as partake in games and customs from all around the world. We discussed how we can work on the UN Sustainable Development Goals in our daily lives and brainstormed new ideas about how to incorporate environmental stewardship in our operations and sustainability in our educational programme. In the end we realised our similar goal to create a better world at
each of our centres.
Come to KISC and experience the Goose Game, where you can learn about other centres in Europe and play games from different countries!
