Do you want to celebrate with us the Rover Centenary?

Do you want to experience the magic of Permanent Mini Jamboree with Rovers from all around the world? And do you want to make friends that will last a lifetime, have fun in an incredible Alpine environment, and experience whole new cultures?

Then the International Rover Week – Centenary Edition is the event for you! From crossing glaciers to eating fondue, staying in a mountain hut to relaxing next to a beautiful alpine lake, there is truly something for everyone.

PROGRAMME

We have put together a programme for your stay to guarantee you'll experience the best that KISC and the Alps has to offer; from hiking to interactive workshops, glacier crossings to a BBQ.

To fully experience the inter-nationality of the Rover Week, each participant will receive the opportunity at the International Evening to share their culture – may it be through food, beverages, folklorist dances, …
An integrated part of the event is your personal time for adventures in the local area or even further – if you would like to. The rest day in the middle of the week allows you to visit local towns and learn about Swiss history, or maybe visit Interlaken, Europe's adventure capital, and take part in the daring High Ropes course. Or you simply can relax around the village and soak in the beautiful surroundings - the it is up to you. For some ideas, take a look at our KanderActive Summer 2017.

Included in the package is your accommodation on the campsite, breakfast and packed lunch. Activities offered as part of the International Rover Week are included in the package as well. Not included is your personal programme on your free day. Included in the package is also the big Rover Centenary Celebration on August 12th!

To experience a truly International Rover Week, we encourage Scouts from nearby but also far away to join and discover the Magic of Kandersteg!

More information regarding pricing and costs will come soon - contact us for more details!
