Youth Leadership Scouts voluntarily helped to control crowd during Thimphu Tshechu coordinated by a Scout Leader Mr. Kinley Dorji. Bhutan Scout Association supported the volunteers with lunch and refreshment. Such spirit of volunteerism is gradually growing and BSA is all prepared to nurture the growth.
