People inhabitating 'various geographical and climatic regions express these cultural norms in variegated forms and it is natural that every varied form has its own specific characters.
Therefore it is also a natural desire to know and understand these differentiated forms. For the purpose of human evolution; it becomes necessary to preserve the culture and hand it over to the next generation in order to keep alive the value significance of cultural symbol.
It is a historical truism that every society takes effective steps to conserve it's heritage and transmit it the next generation; the collective form of knowledge; faith; Arts; moral principles; rules and regulations; code of conduct; tradition and customs ect. Which is the culture of that society.
Navratri (Sanskrit: नवरात्रि, literally "nine nights"), also spelled Navaratri or Navarathri, is a multi-day Hindu festival celebrated in the autumn every year. ... However, in practice, it is the post-monsoon autumn festival called Sharad Navratri that is the most observed in the honor of the divine feminine Devi (Durga).
Saptami, Ashthami, Navami and Dashami—the last four days of Navratri are celebrated as Durga Puja in the eastern parts of the country. Durga Puja is the most popular festival in West Bengal, Assam and Bihar, and is celebrated with great pomp.
