Scouting made me the man I am today

The Chief Commissioner, Scout Association of Rwanda, Fidèle Gakuba, welcoming the Minister of Youth and ICT in Rwanda Hon Jean Philbert Nsengimana who is a Scout.
He visited Scouts during training on Leadership where he commended them for the initiatives they have taken to bring change in their communities. He said Scouting is a school of Leadership and if it weren’t for him becoming a Scout he wouldn't be a minister in government.
Present at the training was the Chairperson of the Africa Scout Committee, Gilbert Mussumba.
He pledged his support in all Scouting activities and that Scout Association of Rwanda can call on him when his assistance is needed.
