Bharat Scouts & Guides Maharishi District conducted the Seminar on Scouting For Boys for Rovers, Rangers, Scoutmasters & Guide capitans on 4th January 2014 at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Sr.Sec. School Chetpet Chennai-31. 14 Scoutmasters 14 Guide Capitans 38 Rovers 11 Rangers from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School Chennai, Maharishi International Residential School,Maharishividya Mandir Polachery, Maharishividya Mandir Chengalpet, Maharishividya mandir Tritutani, Maharishividya Mandir Coimbatore , G.T.Aloha Vidhya Mandir, Vidhyalakshimi School Cbse,Nahaar Public School Villipuram, Maharishividya Mandir Hosur, were The Participated .
Shri C.Ramalingam District Commissioner (Scouts) inaugurated the Seminar Smt.Preethi Narayanan District commissioner(Guides) blessed the participants.Shri R.S.Anburasan former SOC(S) Southern Railway explained about the importance of the Book. Shri D.Poornachandran District Secretary welcomed the gathering Shri K.Manoharan District Organising Commissioner (Scouts) gave vote of thanks.
Shri D.Poornachandran ALT ( C ) was the leader of the event assisted by the invited staff members from the other States and districts. We displayed Scouting For Boys books in all languages and all countries books. We displayed Posters of Scouting for Boys and life history of BP. The Participants interacted well and the seminar went on well.

In the Valedictory function Shri Ganathy former Joint Director of Bharat Scouts& Guides (NHQ)was the Chief Guest he blessed and distributed the participants Certificates. Shri S.Namasivayam District Chief Commissioner & Senior Principal of MVM Chetpet visited the Seminar.
