The World Scout Bureau - Interamerican Region collaborated sending his regional director, Raul Sanchez Vaca, to join other trainers and develop interesting topics that weekend. Among them: Andragogy, Difference between Instruction and Training, Presentation Skills and Competencies.
The weekend was full of enthusiasm, they managed to create a very good atmosphere that allowed learning and sharing experiences.
Three leaders also joined to the experience, two from Honduras and one from Nicaragua, which served to give an international touch to the course.
