UNICEF is inviting technology start-ups developing solutions with the potential to improve the lives of the world's most vulnerable children to apply for funding from its recently launched Innovation Fund. The purpose of the UNICEF Innovation Fund is to invest in open source technologies for children.

Do you know of any Scouts or former Scouts with a tech innovation that can improve the lives of children? If so tell them to visit www.unicefinnovationfund.org to find out more and apply for the investment.

UNICEF looking for a wide range of tech innovations that are open source. Perhaps it's new way to help children learn? Or does it give young people access to financial services? Or maybe it provides power to communities?

But act fast, there are only 10 days left to apply for investment from UNICEF's new Innovation Fund.
