Groupe de Travail sur le Réexamen de la Gouvernance

Rapport final au Comité Mondial du Scoutisme
Ce rapport contient la deuxième série de recommandations du groupe de travail et il constitue son rapport final. A l’instar du travail entrepris pour le premier rapport, le groupe de travail s’est efforcé de ne pas perdre de vue la réalité des diverses opinions au sein du Mouvement Mondial afin d’élaborer des propositions qui se veulent réalistes et qui permettront d’aider le Mouvement à continuer à croître et s’unifier.

Governance Review Task Force

Final Report to the World Scout Committee
This report contains the second set of recommendations of the task force and is its final report. As in the case of the first report, the task force has tried to be mindful of the reality of opinion in the World Movement so as to produce proposals which it is hoped are realistic and help the Movement to continue to grow and unite.

Rapport de la 39e Conférence Mondiale du Scoutisme

La 39e Conférence Mondiale du Scoutisme a eu lieu du 10 au 14 Janvier 2011. Organisée par União dos Escoteiros do Brasil (Association des Scouts du Brésil), elle a été suivi par 918 participants de 138 pays.

En plus des sessions officielles et des ateliers, les participants ont eu l'occasion de prendre part à un programme varié et à des groupes de discussion se concentrant sur ​​la Gouvernance et la Stratégie pour le Scoutisme au Club Santa Monica, le mercredi après-midi.

39th World Scout Conference Report & World Scout Youth Forum Report

The 39th World Scout Conference was held 10-14 January 2011 in Curitiba, Brazil. Hosted by the União dos Escoteiros do Brasil (the Brazilian Scouts Association), it was attended by 918 participants from 138 countries.

Aside from the official sessions and workshops, participants had the opportunity to take part in a varied evening programme and discussion groups focusing on Governance and the Strategy for Scouting at the Santa Monica Camp Club on the Wednesday afternoon.

Au niveau local, il s'agit de l'initiative la plus importante. Dans cet encadrement, chaque jeune
bénéficie d'un environnement d'apprentissage (activités, procédures, traditions, structures,
atmosphère, …) qui favorise son plein épanouissement.
