Introduction
The Unguvu project was launched in 2012 as a multilateral project to foster partnerships between African and European National Scout Organisations (NSOs), and to create tools to support them throughout the partnership process.
The second edition of Unguvu focused on the themes of Diversity and Inclusion in Scouting and took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2014.
This year for its third edition, 30 participants from 12 NSOs met in Jambville, France, in parallel with Roverway 2016 for a 9-day workshop on the topic of Leadership Development in Scouting.
Unguvu III has been supported by the Eric Frank Trust, whose main objective is “to advance education, including education in leadership skills, and to advance young people in life with a view to helping them become more responsible citizens”.

The main camp hosted around 5000 rovers from all over Europe and 200 directly participated in the UNGUVU workshops during 2 days. A great success of our team!
